Natasha Allison, MD

Dr. Natasha Allison is a Board Certified Emergency Physician with over 14 years of clinical experience. She majored in biology at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and graduated with an MD from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

She completed her emergency medicine residency at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She has practiced emergency medicine in a variety of settings from large urban centers to critical access hospitals. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. She joined the Pandia Health team to empower women to take control of their health and maintain autonomy over their healthcare related decisions. When she is not taking care of patients, Dr Allison loves trail running, biking, skiing, reading and spending time with her husband and dog.

Janeeka Benoit, DO

Dr. Janeeka Benoit is a Double Board Certified Internal Medicine & Sports Medicine Physician. She is a proud Brooklyn native.

She graduated from A.T. Still University – Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Icahn School of Medicine/Queens Hospital Center and her Sports Medicine Fellowship at Meharry Medical College (#MeharryMade). When she is not doctoring, she enjoys hiking, running, and traveling. Dr. Benoit joined the Pandia Health Team to support the mission of empowering women to have control over their own reproductivity.

Kristina Carney, MD

Dr. Kristina Carney is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. She majored in genetics at Rutgers University, completed a Masters in the history of medicine at the University of Oxford, UK, and graduated with an MD from Drexel University College of Medicine. In 2024, she completed her menopause training and was formally named Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).

She completed her family medicine residency at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Florida. She joined the Pandia Health team to fulfill her lifelong dream of helping women.

Sandolsam (Stone) Cha, MD

Dr. Sandolsam (Stone) Cha is a Board-Certified OB/GYN, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He graduated from: Macalester College in Biology, M.D. at Dartmouth, Ob/Gyn residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where he then remained as Assistant Professor for 3 years. He also served as the medical director of the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Comprehensive Health Care Center, a division of Montefiore Medical Group. His academic and research interests include trauma-informed care in the OB/GYN setting, the use of telemedicine for survivors of intimate partner violence, shared decision making in contraceptive counseling and shared decision making in trial of labor vs. repeat cesarean deliveries. Following his passion in patient counseling, he is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Pastoral Care and Counseling to further explore the intersection between faith, religion, and reproductive justice. He is fluent in Korean, and enjoys Tae Kwon Do with his 2 children.

Stephanie Culver, MD

Dr. Stephanie Culver is a Board Certified Ob/Gyn, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (NMCP), and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Culver graduated from UC Santa Barbara, George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Culver did her Ob/Gyn residency at the University of Minnesota/Hennepin County Medical Center and has 10 plus years of private practice ob/gyn experience in Los Angeles. A mother of 4 daughters, she is passionate about reproductive choice and improved accessibility to reproductive health services for all global citizens.

Karyn Cumberbatch, MD

Dr. Cumberbatch is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Diplomate of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Biology. She then went on to Howard University College of Medicine where she earned her MD degree.

She also completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Howard University College of Medicine. Dr. Cumberbatch has over 25 years experience providing healthcare to women. She has always had a passion for working with underserved populations both in the US and abroad. She has volunteered her services to medical missions in Jamaica, Haiti, and Costa Rica. Dr. Cumberbatch is excited to be part of the Pandia Health Team to ensure that all women have easy access to affordable and reliable contraception.

Katie Dolan, MD

Dr. Katie Dolan is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician practicing since 1998. Dr. Dolan graduated from University of California Davis with a degree in biochemistry followed by her medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in 1995.

Dr. Dolan completed her family medicine residency through Mercy Medical Center in Redding, California and continues to practice family medicine in Reno, Nevada with a focus on women’s health. She joined the Pandia health team to ensure that all women have equal healthcare access.

Jennifer Edman, MD, MPH

Dr. Jennifer Edman is a Board Certified Family Physician with Certificate of Added Qualifications in Adolescent Medicine with 20+ years experience in medicine.

After an MD from University of Rochester, Family Medicine residency at the Fairview Hospital Cleveland Clinic Family Medicine, MPH from Case Western Reserve University, Adolescent Medicine fellowship at UCSF, she worked in College Health and Women’s Health. As the mom of two teenagers, she believes in the importance of patient education, open communication, and empowering youth to make healthy decisions. She is thrilled to work with Pandia Health and to partner with you to make reliable birth control solutions more convenient.

Mary Kristine Ellis, MD

Dr. Mary Kristine Ellis is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. She graduated from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency Training at East Jefferson General Hospital in New Orleans Louisiana.

She has been a primary care physician for 13 years working in community health centers taking care of the underserved. Dr. Ellis also has more than eight years of experience teaching Family Medicine Residents in NYC both as faculty and Program Director. Dr. Ellis has always been passionate about women’s health because she believes teaching and empowering women through knowledge allows them to take ownership of their health. She is always looking for new innovative ways to connect with patients as she believes it is important for patients to have access to the best healthcare.

Paul Gordon, MD, MPH

Dr. Paul Gordon is a Board-Certified family physician with 30+yrs experience, tenured Professor at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine with a long-standing interest in women’s reproductive health and justice.

He completed medical school at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, his residency training at the University of Rochester and a faculty development fellowship and MPH at the University of Arizona. He joined the Pandia Health team to help ensure the easy and equitable delivery of birth control.

Sanlare Gordon, DO

Dr. Sanlare Gordon is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She practiced in a private practice for seven years and now currently works as a locums/travel physician providing care to rural areas.

She graduated Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine-Blacksburg and completed her OB/GYN residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, NY. She has a passion for women’s reproductive health care and joined the Pandia Health team because she believes that every woman should have access to birth control options without the added worry of keeping up with refills.

Meggan Grant-Nierman, DO, MBA

Dr. Meggan Grant-Nierman is Board Certified in family medicine and sports medicine and has been in private practice for 9 years.

She graduated Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed family medicine residency and a sports medicine fellowship at Via Christi in Wichita, KS. She has a passion for rural health care and joined Pandia Health team to expand birth control options for women in communities where access to medical care is limited.

Leslie Greenberg, MD

Dr. Leslie Greenberg is a Board Certified Family Physician with over 25 years of doctoring experience. She was a psychology major at Northwestern University, graduated with an MD from University of Nevada School of Medicine.

She completed her family medicine residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Wichita, Kansas.  She has trained over 350 family medicine resident-physicians, been in private practice, and delivered babies for 22 years. She joined the Pandia Health team to help women reach their personal goals and have children when and with whom they want.

Catherine Hansen, MD, MPH

Dr. Catherine Hansen is a Board Certified OB/GYN and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (NMCP) with 20+ yrs experience in private and academic practice. She also has expertise in Female Sexual Dysfunction and an MPH from Johns Hopkins.

This includes Strategic Leadership for Population and Reproductive Health Programming with the Bill and Melinda Gates Institute. She is credentialed in both the United States and Canada. Dr. Hansen is married to Canadian Astronaut, Jeremy Hansen, and they have three grown children. Consulting as Pandia Health’s Lead Physician for Menopause, she is making reproductive and hormone options accessible for women all ages and stages of life.

Lamia Kadir, MD

Dr. Lamia Kadir is a Board Certified Family Medicine Doctor, graduated from U.C. Berkeley, U.C. Davis Family & Community Medicine Residency. She is the founder of Family Medicine Austin, a private practice serving thousands of Austinites.

Dr. Kadir is adjunct faculty at the University of Texas, Austin Nursing School and was voted Top Three Primary Care Physician in Austin 3 years in a row, 2017, 2018, and 2019. She has been featured on several local television shows discussing Women’s Health, the Flu epidemic, and various other health topics. She prides herself on offering Comprehensive, Compassionate Care and believes that patients deserve #PandiaPeaceOfMind! She looks forward to introducing Pandia Health to Texas.

Jacqueline McLatchy, MD

Dr. Jacqueline McLatchy is a double board certified Ob/Gyn and Complex Family Planning Physician with over 10 years of experience. She holds undergraduate degrees in biology and women/gender studies from Rochester Institute of Technology, graduated with an MD from Pennsylvania State University School of Medicine.

She has served her community as a physician with Planned Parenthood and currently works to train future doctors as a clinical associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology while maintaining a very busy practice as a full scope ob/gyn. She is a mother of two young children and is passionate about reproductive healthcare. She joined the Pandia Health team because she believes that access to safe, voluntary family planning is a human right that is central to gender equality, reducing poverty and improving communities.

Huong Nghiem-Eilbeck, MD

Dr. Huong Nghiem-Eilbeck, Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, over the past 10 years, she worked in private HMO/PPO practice, and as a laborist physician at local community hospitals in Los Angeles. In 2024, she completed her menopause training and was formally named Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).

She has always advocated for women’s and children’s rights since her MPH at Drexel, defending Southeast Asian immigrants participation in the WIC program. She worked at an international non-profit, Plan International, to improve the quality of their Maternal and Child Health programs in Vietnam.

Eve Shapiro, MD

Dr. Eve Shapiro is a Board Certified pediatrician for over 30 years. She completed an adolescent medicine fellowship at Mt Sinai and has seen children and adolescents in her private practice.

She most recently has been working at the Campus Health Services at the U of Arizona, seeing young adults. She joined Pandia Health because she is committed to providing women with access to reproductive choices.

Sonya Thomas, MD

Dr. Sonya Thomas is Board Certified in Family Medicine with over 30 years of clinical experience. She graduated from Loyola Marymount university with a degree in biology then she went on to obtain her MD from Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.  She completed her Family Medicine residency at Harbor-UCLA in Torrance, California.

She has practiced medicine in various settings such from caring for the homeless, community health clinics, telehealth, private practice and urgent care.  She has always had a passion for women’s reproductive health care and joined Pandia Health because she believes that every woman should be able to control their health with full knowledge of what is available without barriers to access.When she is not practicing medicine, you can find her enjoying the latest movie premiere, theater production or enjoying a great restaurant with family or friends.

Amy Wiser, MD

Dr. Amy Wiser, she/her, is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician and Lactation Consultant with 20 years’ experience in medicine.

After completing a MD from Drexel University College of Medicine, Family Medicine Residency at St Vincent’s in Pennsylvania, and a high-risk OB Fellowship at University of Washington, Spokane, she has worked in full scope family medicine and medical education in rural, academic, and urban underserved communities. She believes in the importance of evidence-based medicine and shared decision making with her patients to achieve optimal health outcomes. She is excited to work with Pandia Health and to reach patients who need access to reliable birth control and expert women’s healthcare.

Sophia Yen, MD, MPH

Dr. Sophia Yen is Board Certified in Adolescent Medicine with 20+ years of experience in medicine. She graduated from MIT, UCSF Medical School, and UC Berkeley with a MPH in Maternal Child Health.

She serves as a clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Adolescent Medicine at Stanford Medical School. Dr. Yen co-founded Pandia Health and enjoys educating the public and other physicians about birth control, acne, weight management, and other adolescent health issues. She has been featured in many publications for her work in reproductive health and as CEO of Pandia Health.
