Should I Use Back-Up Condoms?

We always recommend using condoms with the use of another contraceptive such as the hormonal birth control, pill, patch, or ring. However, if you were on the active pills for 3 weeks in a row before the bleeding, you do not need to use back up, we actually strongly recommend skipping your period.
