FSA FAQ

What is a flexible spending account?

A flexible spending account (FSA) is a benefit of healthcare insurance programs which allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for specific health care expenses. If you’re not sure whether or not you have an FSA, please check with your employer or insurance company.

What can I purchase with my FSA?

You can use FSA dollars for both birth control and telemedicine consults. Pandia Health can accept FSA dollars for if your FSA or HSA card is affiliated with a major credit card. You can also pay with an alternative credit card and use the receipt to request FSA reimbursement.

Can I use my FSA dollars for the $39 telemedicine consult?

Yes, telemedicine consults are eligible for FSA.

My birth control prescription has expired. Can I still use my FSA dollars?

Yes, you can obtain a telemedicine consult from Pandia to get a new prescription.

How do I get a receipt to get FSA reimbursement?

We'll include an electronic receipt with your confirmation email, and a hard copy will accompany your delivery of birth control. If you need further help, email [email protected].
