1. Promotion Overview: The Summer Special Promotion includes a $25 Sephora gift card.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to new customers who sign up for our service. Patient is not eligible if prescription are paid in part or full by any state or federally funded programs, including but not limited to Medicare or Medicaid, MediGAP, VA, DOD or Tri-Care and where prohibited by law.
3. Gift Card Offer: The first 100 customers to sign up will receive a $25 Sephora gift card.
4. Promotion Period: This offer is valid from 7/25/24 to 8/16/24, or until the first 100 sign-ups are reached, whichever comes first. Offer valid while supplies last for gift cards.  
5. Redemption: The $25 Sephora gift card will be provided within 30 days of sign up. 
6. Non-Transferable: The gift card and discount are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
7. One Per Customer: Each customer is eligible for only one $25 Sephora gift card, regardless of multiple sign-ups.
8. Changes to Promotion: The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion without prior notice.

4. Discount Details: All new customers who sign up during the promotion period will receive a $30 off the menopause online consultation with the provided discount code.
